Contracts 

 

The public institution Užstato Sistemos Administratorius shall conclude contracts with all manufacturers and importers that supply products to the internal market of the Republic of Lithuania in one-way packaging covered by the deposit system.

The public institution Užstato Sistemos Administratorius shall supply services under equal conditions to all manufacturers and importers, independent of their size and the amount of packaging produced.

Contracts shall incorporate regulations regarding procedures for the administration of deposits, the submission of reports and information, the registration of products in the deposit system and settlements, the obligations of Užstato Sistemos Administratorius for carrying out tasks relating to the management of packaging waste, and other contractual provisions.
