Contracts
The public institution Užstato Sistemos Administratorius will conclude contracts with all retailers that receive one-way packaging waste under the deposit system and refund deposits.
The public institution Užstato Sistemos Administratorius shall provide services under equal conditions to all retailers.
Contracts shall indicate the procedures for the transfer of the packaging collected, compensation for deposit and collection costs, and other contractual provisions.
