Manufacturers and importers that supply beer, beer cocktails, cider, perry, fruit wine, fruit-wine cocktails, other fermented drinks, alcoholic cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, table water, kvass), natural mineral, spring or bottled drinking water, or juices or nectar in Lithuania in glass, plastic or metal one-way packaging with a volume of more than a tenth of a litre, but lower than three litres, are obliged to participate in the deposit system for one-way beverage packaging (with the exception of fruit wine, fruit-wine-based drinks and fruit-wine cocktails in one-way glass packaging).

The public institution Užstato Sistemos Administratorius shall supply services under equal conditions to all manufacturers and importers, independent of their size and the amount of packaging produced.
