Rates and their setting

Tariff decisions are made by the USAD Board, which consists of representatives from the USAD founders:

• Lithuanian Association of Breweries;
• Association of Lithuanian Trade Enterprises;
• Lithuanian Natural Mineral Water Manufacturers' Association.

The Board annually reviews the system's budget and approves tariffs for:

• beverage manufacturers and importers;
• beverage sellers.
